The general claim process typically involves these steps :

1. Purchase eligible products from an authorised Milwaukee retailer during the promotion period

2. Create a Milwaukee MyAccount (required for most claims)

3. Submit your claim online through the Milwaukee redemption portal

4. Upload a clear proof of purchase showing product details, price, date, and retailer

5. Wait for confirmation — successful claims are typically fulfilled within 14–28 working days

Important Conditions to Note

• One claim per proof of purchase 

• Maximum claims per household often apply (e.g., 5 per household in Canada) 

• Purchases from unauthorised sellers (e.g., eBay, Amazon Marketplace) generally do not qualify 

• Refunded or returned products void the redemption claim 

• Redemptions are non-transferable with no cash alternatives
