Drop off your item(s) for repair and let us know what the fault is.
ASSESS & QUOTE
When it is your turn in the queue our technicians will diagnose the fault. We provide a quote and proceed with your approval.
REPAIR
If the repair is within a reasonable cost relative to the value of the tool our technician will fulfill the repair.
COLLECT REPAIR
We notify you when your repair is ready for pickup.
